Look for eight tells: fresh white glue near the seal, off-axis sticker placement, mismatched paper fibers along the seam, adhesive bleed past the original glue line, double-pass sticker marks, color-mismatched glue, smashed paper-fiber underneath the bubble edge, and any visible re-shaping of the bubble dome.
Resealing is the #1 scam in the sealed-Hot-Wheels market. Sellers open a common card, swap in a rare casting (or chase, or factory error), reseal the blister, and list it as 'sealed since 1995.' Each of these alone is suspicious. Two or more is conclusive:
